Temple Buddhist Center
Welcome to the Temple Buddhist Center, where we respect and encourage the practice of Buddhism in all its magnificent diversity. These time-tested teachings offer support for each of us to experience deep, longlasting happiness, through mindfulness and meditation, regardless of our external circumstances.

Join us each Sunday at 9 am for an hour of meditation and talk. The service includes meditation instruction, thirty minutes of meditation practice, along with a short talk and loving-kindness practice. No experience necessary. Both chairs and mats/cushions provided.
BRING THE KIDS! Teen Medication for 13-18, Youth Meditation class for children 5-12 offered at same time in the Myrtle Fillmore Chapel . Childcare available for children younger than 5 in the Angel Loft.
Monday - Friday, we have group meditation sessions at 12:10 pm - 12:45 pm AND 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm. For more information about meditation times, click here.
