During the Mind.Body.Soul Session ’17 Day Retreat, we will discuss religion and its impact on the LGBTQIA community & Polyamorous lifestyles.  We’ll spotlight the impact, and in many cases, the adverse effects religion has on Polyamorous lifestyles and the LGBTQIA community.

Come join us for a full day of self-care, healthy dialogue and self-empowerment! We’ll have guided meditation, guided yoga, two breakout sessions: “Sidechicks” in Sisterhood and Same Love, Soul Saving & conclude with a Party Panel.  Come equipped with your journal and yoga mat to explore healthy outlets and spiritual self-empowerment practices.

Serenity Pause™ meditation sessions are available to people form all walks of life and from all religious backgrounds and spiritual traditions.
