All are welcome to this mixed-level class. You can be a beginner or intermediate student, since we encourage everyone to practice at their own level, honoring their edge and listening to their body. Whether in-shape, or not, flexible or tight, our yoga class is a non-judgmental atmosphere of welcoming and encouragement. $50 for 6 classes (no expiration date).  No registration necessary – just come. Classes 6 for $48 or 10 for $70; $10 walk-ins. An active flowing style of yoga that, with modifications and principles of alignment, allows our participants to stay safe and feel challenged yet successful. Learn better self-balance, flexibility and strength through focused mind and breathing exercises. Relax and improve your personal health with Yoga practices.  Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. All participants are welcome.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.

All levels are welcome! Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Options given for both beginning and intermediate students; a full warm-up, flow practice, and savasana with guided meditation offered. We welcome and encourage all students to proceed at their own pace, and enjoy the yoga their body feels comfortable with. $40 for 4 classes, $72 for 8 classes. No registration necessary, bring a mat and wear loose clothing you can comfortably move in.
