All are welcome to this mixed-level class. You can be a beginner or intermediate student, since we encourage everyone to practice at their own level, honoring their edge and listening to their body. Whether in-shape, or not, flexible or tight, our yoga class is a non-judgmental atmosphere of welcoming and encouragement. $50 for 6 classes (no expiration date).  No registration necessary – just come. Mama Faraci’s fitness is a total body work-out which is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.  The class combines dance aerobics with other work-out styles.  The music is modern and up beat.  It is important to wear good shoes, bring water and a pair of light weights.  A mat is also helpful.

Mama Faraci’s Fitness is an amazing value at $4.00 per class on a drop-in basis.  The class is a one hour class - Mondays at 5:30 to 6:45 pm. We meet in the Eden Alley Restaurant.

Location: Meyer Hall A great way to improve your health, relax your body, clear your mind, and learn to defend yourself. Wu Style Tai Chi is a beautiful way to mix light exercise, meditation, and relaxation all together to learn self defense. By using this form of Thai Chi’s proper structure, one learns to develop a clear mind, which ultimately gives one the ability to apply this correct focus to many areas of their lives. An active flowing style of yoga that, with modifications and principles of alignment, allows our participants to stay safe and feel challenged yet successful. Learn better self-balance, flexibility and strength through focused mind and breathing exercises. Relax and improve your personal health with Yoga practices.  Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. All participants are welcome.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.

All levels are welcome! Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Options given for both beginning and intermediate students; a full warm-up, flow practice, and savasana with guided meditation offered. We welcome and encourage all students to proceed at their own pace, and enjoy the yoga their body feels comfortable with. $40 for 4 classes, $72 for 8 classes. No registration necessary, bring a mat and wear loose clothing you can comfortably move in.
