YOU Sunday experience is open to teens ages 14 to 18 years. This group is the place where teens come together to connect with other teens in a safe and welcoming environment. They explore spiritual principles in a fun and meaningful way. All Y.O.U. activities are designed to promote three goals: spiritual enfoldment, service, and spiritual fellowship. While it is a youth-led group, adult sponsors provide assistance, input and steady guidance. Aside from Sunday meetings, lock-ins and service events, Y.O.U participants have the opportunity to travel to regional rallies and the internationally attended annual Y.O.U. conferences. YOU teens meet in Classroom E on Sunday mornings. The entrance to this classroom is located on the far side of the preschool playground.

What is the Mission of YOU?
Through the enthusiasm and dedication our teens, YOU Sponsors and Youth staff, YOU at Unity Temple has grown into a vibrant and beautiful community of teens. This growth is the result of focusing on four fundamental goals:
1. Spirit:
The primary focus of the Unity YOU Ministry programs is to offer the youth an experience with a spiritual focus. All activities are designed to create a balance of spiritual study, prayer, service and social interaction. The weekly spiritual lesson is offered to assist teens in understanding spiritual laws and their practical application into daily life.
2. Service:
Teens conduct service projects to assist our church and community. A service project is a donation (tithe) of time, love and energy to accomplish good through the service to others. We give thanks for these opportunities!
3. Social:
Celebrate life and play! Living in the NOW MOMENT is a joyful consciousness when teens are gathered in a group. These experiences provide an opportunity to build relationships, self-esteem and interact with others of like-mind.
4. Skills:
The goal of YOU is "You do it". Teens are guided to assume personal and group responsibility for all projects and goals. YOU Sponsors mentor teens as they develop leadership skills and confidence.
