Serenity Pause offers free secular meditation 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Perfect for beginners or anyone needing some peace and calm amidst the busyness of everyday life. Meditation doesn’t have to be difficult! It can be as easy as hitting the Pause button in your life, whenever you need a moment to regroup and restart. Serenity Pause is a program to help you integrate meditation and mindfulness into everyday life.
Morning and Afternoon Meditations with Marty Dybicz, Ph.D. Classroom C
Marty has been meditating for 49 years and knows the value of people meditating together. He hosts opportunities to meditate together on the following schedule: Mondays 8-9am, Tuesdays 9-10am, Wednesdays 1-2pm, Thursdays 8:30-9:30am, Fridays 8-9am. The meditations are silent, and each person is encouraged to meditate in whatever manner seems right for them. The meditations last 45 minutes and then there is 15 minutes available for whatever sharing, discussion, and questions people want. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome. If beginners are present, the hour begins with 10 minutes of suggestions and the silent meditation period is 35 minutes.
